Afghan Taliban open to talks after Pakistan bombs Kabul, Kandahar

KABUL/ISLAMABAD (Reuters) -- Afghanistan's Taliban rulers said on Friday they were willing to negotiate after Pakistan bombed their forces in major cities and said the allies-turned-foes were in "open war."
