Budva Municipality President Under Scrutiny Over Consultant Firm Contracts
The founder and director of a consulting company, who was engaged as a consultant under a service contract in the Secretariat for Communal and Housing Affairs, was found to be involved in issuing tenders. The President of Budva Municipality has dismissed the acting secretary and ordered an investigation.
