Croatia Offers State Properties for Sale in Zagreb, Karlovac, and Varaždin

Croatia has announced its first tender of the year for the sale of 18 state-owned properties, primarily commercial spaces but also some apartments, located in Zagreb, Karlovac, and Varaždin, with prices starting from 9,240 euros.
