Moldova to Launch MD-ALERT Emergency Notification System by 2027

Moldova plans to launch the "MD-ALERT" system by 2027, enabling mobile phone alerts for citizens during emergencies like floods or extreme weather. The project, costing approximately 5 million euros, will be financed by a loan from the EBRD.
