Japan Considers Relaxing Arms Export Rules
Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party and Nippon Ishin proposed to Prime Minister Kishida to abolish the 'five principles' and allow the transfer of 'weapons' overseas, with the government aiming to revise operational guidelines as early as April.
