Ena od pomembnih delavskih pravic je regres za letni dopust, ki ga morajo delodajalci v višini najmanj minimalne plače izplačati do 1. julija. Letos je to 1481,88 evra. Glede na zbrane podatke so lahko najbolj veseli zaposleni v bankah, zavarovalnicah, telekomunikacijah, energetiki in farmaciji, kjer so se mnogi delodajalci odločili za maksimalen neobdavčen znesek.
