Novi Sad Authorities Allocate More Funds for Controversial Monument

Despite strong public opposition from students, the opposition, and citizen associations, the city of Novi Sad is proceeding with the construction of a monument to the victims of a canopy collapse, allocating an additional 16.4 million dinars through a budget rebalance.
