NCW takes cognisance of minor girl gang-rape in Tamil Nadu, seeks report

The National Commission for Women (NCW) has taken cognisance of the gang-rape of a minor girl in Tamil Nadu, India, and has requested a police report on the incident, with three persons being questioned.
