Reykjavík City Council to Invest Millions in Reviving Live Music Venues
Reykjavík City Council has announced plans to invest millions of krónur, including reintroducing a fund, to strengthen live music in the capital and improve performance spaces, amid concerns about a decline in dedicated concert venues. This follows an earlier allocation of ten million Icelandic Króna to support music venues across Iceland.
