Lisbon Court Rejects Ventura's Appeal, Upholds Order to Remove Posters

A Lisbon court has rejected an appeal by politician André Ventura, confirming the order for him to remove campaign posters. The court ruled that his political status does not grant him special freedom of expression rights above the Constitution or the European Convention on Human Rights.
