Polish Judicial Body Dispute Deepens with Chairman's Resignation
The Polish parliament selected new members for a disputed judicial body despite a court injunction, a move declared "illegal" by the opposition. In response, Dagmara Pawełczyk-Woicka resigned as Chairman of the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) and requested a meeting of the body in its previous composition.
