Kagoshima: 9 Junior High School Students Transported After Kyushu Expressway Bus Accident, No Life-Threatening Injuries
According to the police, around 9:30 AM on the 22nd, a bus belonging to a sports club from Kagoshima Prefecture, carrying 17 male junior high school students, collided with the central median on the northbound lanes of the Kyushu Expressway in Koba, Yūsui Town, Kagoshima Prefecture. As a result of this accident, 9 junior high school students on the bus were taken to the hospital, but all were conscious and their injuries were not life-threatening. The police are investigating the cause of the accident in detail.
