IDF Capability to Disarm Hamas Discussed Amidst Peace Talks

A senior INSS researcher stated that only the IDF is capable of disarming Hamas. This comes as representatives from the Gaza Board of Peace met with Hamas in Cairo to discuss amendments to a disarmament proposal.
