Lublin Court Presidents Retain Posts Despite Lack of KRS Consent

Judges Jerzy Nawrocki and Barbara du Château will remain as president and vice-president of the Lublin Court of Appeal, respectively, despite reaching retirement age and lacking the required consent from the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS).
