Barcelona to Impose Hefty Fines for Train Graffiti

The Catalan government is introducing a modification to the railway law this week to Parliament, aiming to significantly increase sanctions against graffiti artists, with fines potentially reaching nearly one million euros for painting a Rodalies train.
