Friends of Western Balkans Discuss Partial EU Integration, No Shortcuts

Foreign ministers from the 'Friends of Western Balkans' group, meeting in Bratislava, agreed that while there are no shortcuts to full EU membership, partial integration for the region remains a possibility.
