St. Moritz Introduces Income-Based Rent System
The affluent Swiss town of St. Moritz is implementing a new social initiative, introducing income-based rents. The deputy mayor proposed a system where rental costs are proportional to earnings, with the first 19 apartments under this scheme soon to be available.
