DSWD warns public vs online cash aid scammers asking for contact details

MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on Tuesday warned against scam messages circulating on a messaging application that ask for contact numbers in exchange for supposed cash assistance from the agency.
