Italian Constitutionalists Warn of Unconstitutionality Risk in Electoral Law Reform

Nine out of eleven constitutional law professors audited by the Senate's Constitutional Affairs Committee have warned of a significant risk of unconstitutionality in the proposed electoral law reform, particularly concerning 'blocked lists'.
