Indian Panel Urges Gender-Sensitive Cybercrime Law and Expanded Data Access for Law Enforcement

Concurrently, a government panel is considering expanding the Sahyog portal to allow law enforcement agencies to request user data from electronic service providers, including social media intermediaries.
