Investigation Reveals Business Ties Between Romanian Veterinary Authority Head and Dog Shelter Owner
An investigation uncovered a business connection between the head of Romania's National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority (ANSVSA) and the owner of a dog shelter responsible for the deaths of 16,000 dogs. ANSVSA, which had the legal power to close the shelter, only did so after the findings were revealed.
