Brazil's STF Establishes Rules for Social Media Accountability

Brazil's Supreme Federal Court (STF) has set rules for social media accountability, allowing platforms to be held responsible for damages caused by third-party content in cases of crimes or illicit acts, unless they demonstrate 'reasonable doubt as to the unlawfulness'.
