Dutch Average-Income Households Lack €100,000 to Buy a Home, CPB Reports
The Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis (CPB) calculates that average-income households are more than €100,000 short of being able to secure a mortgage for a home. Without a dual income or wealthy parents, this income group struggles to purchase a house.
