Belgrade University Rector Vladan Đokić Considers Presidential or Prime Ministerial Candidacy

Vladan Đokić, Rector of the University of Belgrade, stated that while the current government has politically, morally, and intellectually bankrupted, Serbia needs experts, not another all-knowing authority. He added that he is considering a candidacy for president or prime minister.
