The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has denied leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) access to former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, who is currently in their custody. The ICPC cited reasons for the denial, while the ADC also cleared several prominent figures for their primaries.
