Ministry of Education to Investigate Boat Capsizing Accident Off Okinawa
Following a boat capsizing accident off Henoko, Okinawa, that resulted in the deaths of students and a captain from a Kyoto high school, the Ministry of Education will conduct an on-site investigation into the Doshisha school corporation's safety management.
