Slovenian Agency Authorizes Forced Entry for Biobank Samples

The Slovenian Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (JAZMP) has issued an order allowing "forced entry into the business premises" of GaiaCell. This action is to secure samples from the defunct Biobank, which GaiaCell was storing, due to issues with another company.

Javna agencija RS za zdravila in medicinske pripomočke (JAZMP) je v sklepu o izvršbi odločbe, dovolila "nasilni vstop v poslovne prostore" podjetja GaiaCell, ki shranjuje vzorce propadle Biobanke. Za to so se odločili, ker GaiaCell podjetju Izvorna celica kljub odločbi JAZMP ne dovoli prenosa celic.
