Lubinets calls for appeal against Italian court ruling on adoption of Ukrainian child

Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament’s Commissioner for Human Rights, has called for an appeal against an Italian court’s decision to allow a foreign family to adopt a Ukrainian child and is demanding the child’s return to Ukraine.
