Portugal Enacts Law on Biomethane and Renewable Gases
Portugal has promulgated a new decree-law on biomethane and renewable gases, transposing a European directive. The legislation aims to reduce connection costs for producers of renewable gases to the public grid, as part of the 2024-2040 Biomethane Action Plan.
