Hacker behind Latvian State Forests attack also active in Romania; Cert.lv assists investigation

A hacker responsible for an attack on Latvian State Forests (LVM) servers in June has been identified as also operating in Romania. Latvia's cybersecurity institution, Cert.lv, is providing assistance to Romanian colleagues in their investigation of the incident.
