Catarman, Northern Samar logs 44ºC peak heat index on Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines — Catarman, Northern Samar registered a peak heat index of 44ºC on Wednesday, the highest of three areas that logged “danger” level indices, the state weather bureau said.
