Family weren’t told for a week after their brother’s body was discovered in a Dublin apartment

The family of a Waterford man who were not notified of the discovery of his body in his Dublin apartment for almost a week have called for a review of how gardaí liaise with relatives of deceased people who die in tragic circumstances.
