Kosovo Civil Society Calls for Postponement of Foreigners and Vehicle Laws

Civil society organizations from northern Kosovo have urged for the postponement of the implementation of laws concerning foreigners and vehicles, opting not to participate in an informational meeting organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
