UP horror: 16-year-old abducted from Holi fest, gangraped by 4

A 16-year-old girl was abducted and gang-raped during a Holi fest in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. She was taken to a car near fields and assaulted by four men. Her family found her unconscious. Police registered a case and arrested three accused. The victim is stable and undergoing medical tests. Villagers protested alleged police negligence.
