Parañaque condo shooter has pending arrest warrant for homicide — police
MANILA, Philippines — The suspect in the shooting of a Parañaque City condominium complex basketball court has a pending warrant of arrest for a homicide case, the Southern Police District (SPD) confirmed on Friday.
