Czech PM Babiš Predicts Budget Deficit Below 400 Billion CZK Next Year

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš announced that the state budget deficit for the upcoming year is projected to be significantly below 400 billion Czech Koruna. He made the statement during discussions with the Finance Minister regarding budget preparations.

Schodek státního rozpočtu v příštím roce bude významně pod 400 miliard korun. ČTK a České televizi to v úterý řekl premiér Andrej Babiš (ANO) při příchodu na jednání s ministryní financí Alenou Schillerovou (ANO) o přípravě rozpočtu. V letošním roce stát plánuje schodek 310 miliard korun. Babiš uvedl, že chce příští rok tlačit ministry k provozním úsporám, zároveň očekává růst investic.
