Stepfather of Abandoned Children Seeks Extradition to France
Marc Ballabriga, the stepfather of abandoned children, appeared before the Évora Court of Appeal and expressed his willingness to be handed over to France once the Setúbal District Court decrees the end of his preventive detention.
