Latvia Sees Decrease in Raw Milk Procurement and Dairy Herds

Latvia has experienced a reduction in raw milk delivered for processing and a decline in dairy herds during the first months of the year, with organic milk procurement falling by 15%. Seasonality and a decrease in the number of milking cows are cited as reasons.
