Return of Mariupol Defenders Remains Complex Issue

Dmytro Lubinets, Ukraine's Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights, stated that the return of Mariupol defenders from Russian captivity continues to be the most complex issue. Efforts are ongoing to facilitate their release and repatriation.
