Kodeks pracy w pewnych przypadkach uzależnia konieczność lub możliwość wprowadzenia pewnych dokumentów lub tworzenia organów od liczby pracowników zatrudnionych u danego pracodawcy. Taki limit dotyczy też służby BHP.
