Catalan Separatists Celebrate 'Plurinational Vision' in Government Change

Catalan separatists, particularly ERC, view the recent changes in the Spanish government, including new appointments, as an 'opportunity' to achieve management of the IRPF tax and move Catalonia closer to 'fiscal sovereignty' through a 'plurinational vision'.
