Ukrainian Officials Embezzle UAH 11M in Army Generator Procurement

Officials in Ukraine's Chernihiv region have been accused by the SBU of embezzling UAH 11 million in defense funds designated for the purchase of generators for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
