Tokyo Metropolitan Government will not conduct door-to-door visits for 68-year-old baby mix-up investigation
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has informed a man, who was swapped with another baby 68 years ago at a public hospital in Sumida Ward, that it will not conduct door-to-door visits for the investigation into his biological parents. The man's side plans to file a new petition seeking sanctions if the investigation obligation ordered by the court is not fulfilled.
