Man Arrested in Petrinja for Animal Cruelty and Possession of Explosives

Police in the Petrinja area have arrested a 72-year-old man after finding bombs and a mine in his home. He is also accused of trapping a fox, inciting dogs to attack it, filming its death, and publishing the video online.
