OFAC Extends License for Lukoil International Sale Negotiations

The U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued a new general license, extending authorization until May 1 for transactions necessary to negotiate and conclude conditional agreements related to the sale of Lukoil International.

Kancelarija za kontrolu strane imovine (OFAK) Ministarstva finansija SAD izdala je novu opštu licencu kojom se do 1. maja odobravaju transakcije neophodne za pregovore i zaključenje uslovnih ugovora sa "Lukoilom" i njegovim povezanim društvima u vezi sa prodajom, raspolaganjem ili prenosom kompanije Lukoil International GmbH i delova u kojima ta kompanija ima većinski udeo.
