Drunk Motorcyclist Hits Child, Flees Scene, and is Apprehended in Slovakia

In the village of Veľký Kamenec, a drunk motorcyclist without a license hit a child on the sidewalk and fled the scene. Police later apprehended him in the neighboring village of Viničky.
