Germany: alleged murderer of a former Ukrainian MP arrested
The alleged murderer of Andrii Portnov, shot dead in May 2025 in Madrid, has been arrested in Germany, according to Spanish police. The man was apprehended in Heinsberg, near the Dutch border.
