Punjab Seeks Share in Yamuna Water Allocation Ahead of Treaty Negotiations

Punjab has formally demanded a share in the Yamuna river water allocation during a high-level meeting of officials from northern zonal council states. This demand comes ahead of negotiations for the 1994 water-sharing treaty.
