Colbert-Talarico interview being investigated by Democrats after FCC dust-up

Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., opened an official inquiry into CBS' parent Paramount on Monday over "Late Show" host Stephen Colbert's interview with Rep. James Talarico, D-Texas.
