Primary School Teacher Banned for Pupil Injury and Lying

A primary school teacher, Mr. Whitley, has been banned from the classroom after an incident where he caused a pupil to hit their head and subsequently lied to the child's parents about it. The incident occurred approximately six months after he began working at the school.
